New to Shooting
Experiences and tips from our club's new shooters. Help is always available.
I'm a relatively new shooter and must always shoot from a sitting position due to back issues. It was suggested to me that I try slightly lowering where on the backing cardboard I place my target. I did and found that my accuracy improved significantly. When shooting at close range (7 to 9 yards) keep in mind the geometry of your guns position relative to the target. Altering the height of the target can make a difference.
